Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability.
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only.
Delivery Methods
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you during the checkout process.
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Express Delivery: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery method selected and the delivery destination.
Delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process and must be paid in advance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or on the courier’s website.

Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
